I undertook a small project in 2003 to capture as many different images of Birnie Loch as possible with the aim of producing a slide-show for the camera club to be entitled "An Hour Before Work". As you could imagine, the purpose was to show that you do not have to travel far and wide to get good photographs or to spend all day at the location.
This section is some of the work that went into that slide show and some of the photographs that I have taken since on one of my many returns to this lovely little place.Please note that the more easterly loch is closed during the bird breeding season, typically April till the end of June.
A few photographs towards the end of the gallery are not from Birnie Loch but other areas close to Glenrothes.
