Working in Cambridge and so close to London was an opportunity not to be missed. I watched the weather forecast and on what seemed likely to yield a sunny weekend I took off. My plan was simple - get there nice and early, hit Kew Gardens, follow that up with the British Museum, Canary Warf, Westminister, the London Eye and the Sunday visit Hyde Park.

The weather was indeed sunny and frosty giving clear blue skies and a lovely sunset on Saturday evening.
